I found a case where there are problems related to the choices (about avoiding invasion) we made. I disabled the cell death case where two nuclei are to close, this is needed to debug the Black Hole events.
That's interesting! Next question is how stable is this to perturbations in the initial conditions. This one is a very symmetric case. Stated in a different way, how many red peripheric boids should be inside the blue one to happen this collapse? This could be used to redefine the limit to manually eliminate the BH.
