Outside inflatable's power module keeps restarting

I narrowed down the unfunctioning part is the module inside the inflatable that has a fan and power supply to the internal lights. A/C adaptor is fine (it worked with another inflatable that has been working, and it worked even after swapping A/C adaptor).

We should be able to swap the module, if we want.

Btw inside of inflatables are wet. I kept the fan running for a few hours to dry them as much as possible.
