[NG] ability to show the fieldName over the columnItem + rotation of this label

First, we added labelRotation parameter in BaseElement.
Second, we added the capability to show the filename over the column item.

It's already possible to set a label over any element item (not only column).
Concerning the patch, we are only going to add the possibility of rotate it.
