Integrate unfolded_reg with native_surf

There isn't that much to it, but I left it out of the native_surf PR #327 ...

I wanted to take a stab and doing some workflow refactoring too, as with native_surf we now won't need to compose the warps, but instead just push the native unfold vertices towards the atlas unfold space.
