Datasets are archived and shared as a globus collection as a final step. This is particularly important for users without a computecanada account / does not have access to the share with where the data is converted to. However, it has been noted that Globus download speeds on campus is capped out at around 100 kb/s due to WTS configurations. This doesn't appear to be something that can be changed and the only exceptions that was mentioned to be granted are for wireless devices and CBS (though in my experience, the latter is still capped out at 100 kb/s).
This can be problematic if trying to download the data on-campus. Need to try to find an alternative for this though if it uses similar protocols to Globus, download speeds may still be an issue. Downloading data from an off-campus machine does not face the same limitations.

Opening as an issue so it is documented.
