Invent a summary statistic to evaluate the "goodness" of pairing. Particularly useful once all stable pairs can be found.
Could be as simple as sum(preferences) across the whole set. Some sort of normalization might make it more useful though.
Not sure if to implement it in .util a new .evaluate file or as part of the StablePairing class.
