updater calling home/download

Describe the bug
Keybase updater ~/Keybase.app/Contents/SharedSupport/bin/updater is responsible for downloading around 4GB per week. I am working in sort of wierd manner - internet is up and down constantly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Observe the traffic for ~/Keybase.app/Contents/SharedSupport/bin/updater.

Expected behavior
It's not expected with that amount of data to be downloaded at each internet connection - it looks, to say at leat, suspicious.
