I installed the widget, and downloaded PHP,
do not know how to install it. I am new of PHP,
after downloading PHP, do I need to download Apache as well?

Hi Judy,

Yes, for PHP. At least the way I have distributed it, it uses php to create a simple frontend for the Pictometry API and feed it into a simple HTML page. For a webserver you can use anything, either Apache, IIS, or others.
Best regards -
Kevin :)
