Value Proposition

As a User,
I want to be able to view my User Profile on a corresponding page,
so that the site functionality is exclusive to me in the long run.

##Description

Acceptance Criteria

On the header, there is an avatar link to the profile page.
The link leads to a profile page.
The logout button is shown on the profile page.

Tasks

Create the profile page link
Create the profile page
Show the logout button on the profile page
Show the Avatar as a link in the header
