In public/common/min/include/Server.php I found something. First thought was it is a backdoor. One second look it's a sass compiler. Might be both.
For a security sensitive project like this it is a no go. The css should be build before deployment. I don't want to have this strange script that is writing files with a name from a GET parameter. There are some checks for the filename... not sure if that catches everything.
