[HELP] Robot won't update

Describe the issue:
Robot will connect to computer but won't update. currently on V0.9.0

What are you running wire-pod on?

• [OS]: Windows 10
• [Hardware]: Desktop computer, CPU: AMD Ryzen 7; 8 core, 32gb RAM, Intel Arc 750 GPU

Are you setting up a prod (regular) bot or a dev/OSKR (unlocked) bot?

What steps have you tried?
Still in the preparing bot stage. I have enabled "experimental web platform features" I have put it in recovery mode. When i do so it brings up "anki.com/v" on robot. I pair to my computer, try to update. On robot it comes up with a cloud and loading symbol then quickly turns into an explanation mark. Once it changes it disconnects from computer. HELP!!

Clearing the bot's user data first finally got it to install from 0.9.0
