Request: Better indication that Git is working

Absolutely loving this package right now. My only real gripe is that when it is in the middle of performing an action, there is no visual cue to indicate it's still working.

Literally just an indicator like Package Control when it's loading the list of packages available for install would be amazing. I often have to push to a repo that performs other actions upon pushing a commit, so I don't get the panel popup as feedback for 60+ seconds, and it can be difficult to be clear on what's going on at any given time.
