Feature request: Expert Mode

I just discovered this maubot, and I'm loving it! Thanks so much for creating it!

I noticed that there are a lot of options that can be used on the wttr.in web site which aren't implemented in the bot. Perhaps some sort of "expert mode' where we could set our own default string we want in the maubot manager directly would be the easiest way to get all those features?

Thanks, I hadn't actually thought of that, and it makes sense to create a template for the output you want.

I have planned to integrate a database to keep track of individual user preferences (instead of the global default/having to specify every option you want on every run) per the request in #4 . So I think I will target this change for that.

Also, I apologize for not seeing this request sooner, apparently I don't have github alerting anywhere like I thought I did :)
