Microsoft have decommissioned code.msdn.microsoft.com. I have updated the home page.
I haven't touched this repository in a couple of years.
Each of the analysers is tied to the specific version of .Net that the SQL Server version targeted by the analyser requires.

The Executor and Viewer could be updated to later .Net versions, but that will depend on whether the references are available for the later .Net versions.
