[🔌 Provider]: Integrate Netbox and Keep to receive information of objects in netbox

Describe the provider you want to add
I am using Netbox (1) to manage hardware, vm, ip address... In netbox there is an integrated mechanism to send alerts when events occur. The Event and Webhook (2) mechanisms in Netbox can send information to other receivers.

For example, when I have operations with devices or IPs in the netbox, it will create log records and write them to the netbox's Change log. If there is integration with Keep, these events will also be sent to Keep.

Describe your use case

You can use keep to receive events with operations on the netbox like the change log feature of the netbox. Instead of displaying according to the stream of events on the netbox, keep will group messages according to the objects of the managed netbox. reason.

From there, conditional alerts can be sent by Keep.
