Sorry. I don't understand. How can I interpret "u+ZW4A4AAAA=" as datetime according to this document? Decoding with base64 did not return any readable string,

It's UTC seconds in little endian. bbe6 56e0 0e00 0000 should be 13 September 2025. https://www.wolframalpha.com/input?i=63893333691+seconds+since+0001-01-01+00%3A00+utc

Indeed. When I was doing math, 01-01-01 was interpreted as 2001 :/. Thank you.
