Pasting password issues

Hi am having issues with pasting password from keepassXC to any web pages - seemed to happen after update - anyone else had this issue? or any idea how to fix

I am also having this problem. When I try to log into a website I am able to enter my userid/email just fine. When I tab down to the password field, I copy my password from my KeePassXC desktop app (version 2.7.10), but when I try to paste my password into the password field, my cursor doesn't activate the password field and I'm unable to paste/enter my password. This happens on other websites as well. I'm not using the KeePassXC browser extension.

I'm using Orion Browser Version 0.99.135.0.1-beta (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2)

Thank you for reading my comment. I'll try to clarify the issue I'm having.

When I go to any webpage login screen, I can click my mouse on the userid and password fields and my cursor will appear and I'm able to paste text into either of the fields and edit it if needed.

I am able to open my KeePassXC desktop app, copy my userid info, and paste it into the website userid field without any problem. After entering my userid info I open my KeePassXC desktop app again and copy (command+C) my password. When I return to the website I click on the password field, but my cursor will not appear in the password field and I am unable to paste my password into the password field.

If I do not use PassKeyXC, I am able to manually enter my password into the website password field.

Not being able to paste my password into a website password field only happens when I try to copy a password from KeePassXC desktop app and then try to paste the password into a website password field. I am only using the Orion browser. I have not tried to duplicate the issue in other browsers yet.

I have never heard of Orion browser. Try another one first.

If you are copying while editing an entry you may be running into secure input. Try using command+c from the main database view.

OK, I did more testing...

I used KeePassXC v2.7.10 on the following desktop browsers:

• Safari
• Google Chrome
• DuckDuckGo Browser
• Firefox
• Mullvad

KeePassXC worked perfectly! No problems what so ever. So the issues I'm having most likely are problems specifically with the Orion browser (https://kagi.com/orion).
