Add serialization that strips xhtml namespaced nodes #10

After the serialization of the target/voteelex.xml file a sequence of commands should be executed:

  1. a backup should be created
  2. xhtml namespaced nodes be removed (updating function remove-xhtml-nodes($db-name))
  3. serialize db into targets/voteelex-clean.xml
  4. revert to previous backup
  5. delete last backup
