GDAX Fork Due to Lack of Updates

New installs are having a tough time meeting the new (or rather old) requirements for GDAX and GDAX isn't moving forward with Prime or Auth requirements:

Apologies for the radio silence. I've migrated most of my efforts to Gemini as its 0.1% maker fee for API orders is 5x cheaper than Coinbase Pro.
