SMP -- not detected on Raspberry Pi 4 (and 3) #94

When running Raspberry Debian 12 / arm-64 (arm-v8) O.S -- only 1 core gets detected, instead of 4 cores.

With Rasbian 12 / 32-bit it seems to work.

It breaks UnixBench v5.1.3
