alsoft_error.txt prints something like [ALSOFT] (II) Initializing library v1.23.1-f2a0df87 master but AFAIK dsoal_error.txt doesn't have anything like it. It would be useful to know whether reports were using the latest version or if they're using an older, specific version that might be particularly problematic.
It'd also be nice if the DLL also showed the version/commit in the file attributes, at least in a way that doesn't mess with apps' functionality.
