These build scripts has supported the -T (install adjective ext) option, but it can not keep up with the current mecab-ipadic-NEologd build option.

We now map to "install adjective ext" with the -T option, but I'd like to change it so that I can pass options to NEologd side.

Although the options of NEologd's build script will not be available directly, I would like to be able to specify options for the next script.
