Links, except main (kato.im) - doesn't wok. 404 Error.

Hi! The links are designed to work on http://kato.im/articles. Basically, all the links are relative to http://kato.im, which means they don't work on GitHub. There may be a way to fix this, as it would be very nice for the links to work on GH as well.
