Feature Request: Add 15s pre-inspection option when user is using Manual Entry

Many cubers use a StackMat timer. And the way to use CubeDesk with a StackMat timer is to use Manual Entry (unless you have some way of connecting the StackMat to CubeDesk). But there is no pre-inspection timer when you are using the Manual Entry feature.

It would be really cool to have this kind of feature on CubeDesk.
