building names are rendered too many times

For example, in this view the "AT&T Telephone Building" name appears 4 times:

This is due to the building labels being applied as a simple symbol style. Couple of solutions could be to add a separate buildings labels layer, create a multi purpose labels layer, dynamically create building labels on the fly in the client
