New contributors area

Good morning,

We would like to create a new section in the GGMN to feature the organisations that contribute to the GGMN. Something like this: https://wmohydrosos.ceh.ac.uk/products (just to get an idea)
There should be a button somewhere in the GGMN called "Contributors", for instance here:

When you go to that site, you see the list of organisations in the GGMN. Under each of them, there is:
Space to include a small description
Links to their platforms or another relevant website
Parameters that are available in the GGMN (GW levels, or groundwater quality)
Data availability (start and end of the series for manual upload, or updated automatically via API)
Type of license that applies to that organisation's data

This button should only be found when visiting the GGMN page, and not in any other map viewers.

Please let us know if this qualifies as a new development. If so, could you please provide a quotation and a timeline? Thank you.

I included two different ways of displaying the organisations, but feel free to propose other ways if you see fit.
