ability to disable cache for preview of text files

problem

1. open joshuto
2. hover on file
3. see preview 1
4. enter, edit, exit
5. expected - see edited version, actual - I see old version and have to reload joshuto to see new file version

P.S. in ranger if return exit code e.g. 0 - success and cache, 5 - success and no cache

This is a known issue. I believe theres code to check if a preview is outdated and refresh. But I don't think it will check if file was modified. Need to look into it once I have time 👍
