This is an experimental release focused on some adjustments to AGC based on the awesome feedback I've received from users.
Please test it and let me know if something has improved or changed to worse.

Changes:

• Now FM and USB modulations have dedicated FAST and SLOW AGC settings that match stock values. Previous change was applying AM AGC values to these modulations which likely lowered the sensitivity on FM and USB modulations. This change should fix that
• Removed some RSSI table registry setting which is undocumented, it seems that displayed values of RSSI are now higher
• AGC fix index has been switched from MAX to MIN - what it means? I have no idea since it is undocumented, but maybe it fixes something
• Changed the 4 gain step settings AGC uses from stock to the ones provided by 1o11 in am fix

Features:

• New RxAGC menu setting allows to configure built in AGC which applies to all the modulations:
  • OFF - completely disables AGC, this might be useful for receiving the most faint signals, with maximum set gain the AGC will not clamp down signal, note: this might cause radio freeze if the received signal is too strong and overloads the radio
  • SLOW - provides wide dynamic range, works really well overall and is the default setting, might be especially useful for HF AM broadcast stations that broadcast music etc.
  • FAST - lower dynamic range, might be useful for short voice communication, aviation, where understanding every word is crucial etc.
• The new SLOW and FAST settings might protect radio from freezes caused by reception of strong signals (happy to hear from the users who have experienced this issue)

Changes:

• Removed from the MENU:
  • SList - no use case
  • SList1 - no use case
  • SList2 - no use case
  • MicBar - now it's always on
  • AM_FIX - it is no longer needed 😄
• BatSav setting values displayed as %
• UNBLOCK ALL option is completely removed, to make radio more safe by default

Changes:

• filter bandwidths are unified across main app and spectrum, now main app uses same filters as the spectrum, before they were only using the same names so users were unaware of this issue, this should result in slighly narrower 25k, 12.5k filters in the main app mode

Reverted:

• based on user reports of weakened sensitivity on AM with the v.16, the dynamic filters are now disabled for AM modulation, and also in spectrum, now they work in USB, FM and only in the VFO and MEMORY modes
• AM desired RSSI has been reverted to match versions prior v.16 as old version shows better results in AM mode

Fixes:

• spectrum channel mode displays correct rssi bars based on current filter, before the rrsi displayed bar and rssi activated bar was different and the user had to tune much higher with the rssi trigger line, this should allow the user to keep rssi trigger line lower and thus improve ability to receive weak signals
• spectrum bandwidth change with button works immediately, before it was delayed

Improvements:

• Squelch is now more sensitive in HF bands
• Improved reception of weak signals due to dynamic filter bandwidths which auto lower bandwidth when signal received is low
• S-level meter changes:
  • calibrated for all the bands (S1 on all bands, max gain, no antenna) to better indicate relative signal strength
  • unified so now main app as well as spectrum show the same values
