Hello,

I am messaging to open the discussion to add HEARTS360 to health-awesome.

What is HEARTS360?
HEARTS360 is a dashboard template that can be used to manage millions of patients in hypertension and diabetes health programs.
Designed using WHO HEARTS technical package and years of real-world experience building dashboards to manage millions of patients.

Aim of HEARTS360
Our aim with this project is to provide implementing countries (or tech teams) with a gold-standard hypertension and diabetes management dashboard that can implemented in any EMR software.

Technology
HEARTS360 is technology-agnostic and can be applied to any other software.
It's been created as a static webpage with minimal javascript. The code can be taken and re-used in any way.
For teams using other platforms or software, our developer guide, definitions sections at the bottom of the dashboard, and charts enable HEARTS360 to be applied to any EMR or health software.

Tried and tested
HEARTS360 is the result of years of real-world experience managing almost 5 million patients with hypertension and diabetes with other EMR software including Simple and DHIS2 in numerous countries.

Implementation
HEARTS360 has been implemented into a DHIS2 package ready for countries to implement into existing DHIS2 EMR systems.
