Where/how can I configure which PhpStan level is being used? What is the default level?

I created a phpstan.neon file at the project root, but it didn't appear to have any effect.

Hi.

Default level is 0 (link). You can change level as argument in vscode settings drupal.phpstan.args

This extension doesn't support phpstan.neon
