First, great work on this.

Second, i have a medium.module file 2000 LOC, when i tried Format document the operation cuts the original content and left a new document with aprox 1500 LOC.

If i use phpcs/phpcbf standalone i works as expected.

It should be fixed in the latest 0.4.4 version
