What issue would you like to bring attention to?

Makefile is using an archived and unsupported tool - go2xunit.
https://github.com/tebeka/go2xunit

What is the impact of this issue?

Using an outdated and unsupported tool can cause issues.

Do you have a proposed response or remediation for the issue?

Makefiles's test-xml target could use a different tool or could be removed.
