go.mod requirement "inet.af/tcpproxy" unavailable, should be update #11024

Describe the bug:

I am going to compile the code on master branch, got the error: inet.af domain not found.
Maintainers lost the domain: inetaf/tcpproxy#39
This is more like a security issue. We should update this requirement.

This is not a security issue, as the integrity of the existing version is handled by the golang module proxy and go.sum, but we will update to the new module path next time we bump it.
