The log shows that some commands are send to the device, can you be more concrete in which values you want to set? Please download and attach the integration diagnostics from HA so that I can see all raw data. Can you change the values you want from the Daikin Onecta app? |

Hi Johnny,
That’s interesting never checked for the diagnostic information for a device.
My main problem is my wife 😉
She always set the fan on max and heating on 24°C, which is power consuming and of no use!
My idea is to check regularly the values and set the Fan to “Auto” and Heating to “21°C” .
In the attached json file, I see all these values.
It would be great to see these values as entities and be able to set them.
Rgds
Bernhard

Looks the attachment isn't there when you respond by email. You can use the climate entity for your daikin device, see https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/climate/ for all climate features. What exactly is possible depends on your daikin device. |

See https://github.com/jwillemsen/daikin_onecta/wiki for some example automations, they are made for a Daikin Altherma, but that is also a climate entity in HA |

Strange, didn’t find „climate“ in the integrations
But it should be there :’(

In the front-end in HA for the AC I see a values I can manage there, but I don't see them as entities, nor can I set them in an action.
Attached you'll find a screenshot.
In the debug-log I see the commands:
