Cannot import b2d properly

Description

When trying the demo that illustrating the B2D, executing the import cell will prompts "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'b2d.testbed.backend.jupyter.async_jupyter_gui'"

Reproduce

1. Go to 'pyodide/pyb2d/any notebook'
2. Click on 'execute'
3. Scroll down to 'first cell'
4. See error 'ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'b2d.testbed.backend.jupyter.async_jupyter_gui''
