This is due to the fact that A380 was not available from the upstream acropole model. It is one of my ongoing efforts for openap to increase the number of supported aircraft through engine parameters. Perhaps I will have some time to work on this in the coming month. please stay tuned.

FuelFlow not working on openap 2.0 for aircrafts that did work with previous versions [feature-request]
FuelFlow in openap 2.0 missing some aircraft types
Dec 2, 2024
First off: thanks for the great model, I am using it for my thesis investigating aviation networks.
Now the problem I've encountered:
I believe with the default parameters fuel flow turns out to be negative for aircraft not included in open/data/fuel (e.g. a359, b788).
Here an example using 'a359':
FuelFlow needs now some fuel parameters in openap 2.0 that makes it not working for some aircrafts.
For instantce FuelFlow("A388") was working properly in previous versions but cannot now because there is no such fuel parameters in openap/data/fuel/.
Maybe some default parameters could work when no such fuel parameters have been defined? based on
self.engine
as it was before? The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
