Tim has a way to have juju help plugins work, but I think we need to support it explicitly. Type juju help plugins in ~/.juju-plugins to see the error.

All plugins in this repo support the --description and --help flags, it's part of the README. What error are you seeing?

juju-get-filter doesn't follow the guidelines.. maybe having a global generic help printed would be helpful
