Oh, sorry I quite missed this - thanks for the report.

The problem is currently hkgr stupidly assumes the .cabal file lives in the top of the git repo.
It wasn't really designed so far for complex/multi-package repos unfortunately.
This is certainly a workflow I would like to support.
Do you keep both cachix and cachix-api versioning in lockstep?
