Accept list of side-tag for --sidetag

In the case where a user has multiple sidetags in progress, iiuc fbrnch would just give up. It would be nice instead to also accept a list of sidetags (maybe comma-seprated?) that would be used to filter side-tags to be used. Maybe it can also accept a keyword new to always make a new sidetag
