Unload project remove the csproj from perforce

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Visual Studio, right click on a project and click "Unload Project"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Unload Project should not remove the csproj file from Perforce. Right now, it 
adds the delete item in my perforce changelist.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.6 and 1.3.4

Please provide any additional information below.
autoAdd = true
AutoCheckoutOnBuild = false
AutoCheckoutOnEdit = true
AutoCheckoutOnSave = true
AutoCheckoutOnProject = true
autoDelete = True
ignoreReadOnlyOnEdit = false
preferVisualClient = false
