Use Case/Motivation

My visualized workflow, working on editing/updating two (or more) sets of tags.
Right now multiple entries are sorted by date.
It'd be easier to see entry tags grouped, as they are the conceptual entity I'm working on.
The particular workflow I'm thinking of is a "progression" model, where one set of tags can be viewed while working on another set of tags.

Example Usage

jrnl @inbox @projects --group-by-tags --edit

Other Information

Given this option, it would make sense that the order of tags specified in the call would be honored in the output.

Thanks @fourjay for the idea. I think this makes sense, though it reminds me that we have an open issue (#821) for a broader sort parameter. Ideally, if we implement that, it would be in a manner similar to other sort options so as to keep these arguments consistent.
