PropSpect

The AI Revolution for Brokers

Experience instant, AI-powered property discovery tailored for brokers. Discover prime properties in seconds without the need for endless filtering.

Setting Up:

Prerequisites:

  1. Node.js: Ensure you have Node.js installed. If not, download and install it from Node.js official website.

Installation:

  1. Clone the Repository: git clone [https://github.com/jpyoda/PropSpect] cd PropSpect

  2. Install Dependencies: npm install

  3. Run the Application: npm run dev

Usage:

  1. Start the Application: Navigate to http://localhost:3000 in your browser.

  2. Input OpenAI API Key: You will be prompted to input your OpenAI API key upon initial use. Ensure you input it correctly to avail the AI-powered property suggestions.

  3. Property Discovery: Enter relevant property criteria and experience the AI-powered suggestions.

Limitations & Recommendations:

While the LLM model from OpenAI offers significant capabilities, there are some limitations:

  1. Rate and Quota Restrictions: The API has request rate and quota limits. It is recommended to monitor your usage to avoid unexpected costs.

  2. Open Source Libraries: For enhanced performance and flexibility, consider integrating with other open-source libraries that work well with LLM models or create your own implementation for retrieving information.
