Define maximum score for computed goals #1201

The maximum score implementation for computed goals is defined to return NaN because one cannot determine the maximum score. This should probably be defined as a separate value like I've done for performance. However given that we don't currently use computed goals anywhere other than performance, this isn't an issue right now.

Make sure to add a tooltip here (and likely to performance) about how this value is used.
