Live tour - Errors when creating are ignored

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create a category called test
Take the "how to create categoires" tour
When prompted give the category the title of test
Complete tour

Expected result

At the end of tour when you press save and close as instructed then the tour will recognise that there has been an error

Actual result

The error is ignored but the tour tells you You have successfully created your first category!
