I am not sure this is a bug. It might be some variables not being read and then put in the json or it might be empty values.

I got this files by exporting from my jdseattle setup. This was created by installing the jd_seattle template and importing the settings file (i cant remember which one).

There might be more of these strings issues but i have just includxed these 2 to show you the error. i can supply the full file if required.

Thanks for letting us know, its a issue in Astroid we will work on removing this from the coming updates.
