How to run on cluster:
SSH into cluster
$ ssh <username>@ieng6.ucsd.edu
Move to your home directory:
$ cd /home/linux/ieng6/cs253wi20/<username>
To get access to kubernetes cluster
$ cs253wi20
Create a new pod with 1 gpu
$ launch-scipy-ml-gpu.sh -g 1 -b
View active pods
$ kubectl get pods
Ssh into pod
$ kubesh <your-username>-<pod number>
Copy from local directory to cluster:
$ scp -r ./ <username>@ieng6.ucsd.edu:/home/linux/ieng6/cs253wi20/<username>/code
$ scp -r ./ [email protected]:/home/linux/ieng6/cs253wi20/apolus/code
Copy from cluster to pod:
$ kubectl cp ./ <username>-<pod number>:/tmp/code
$ kubectl cp ./ apolus-24635:/tmp/code
Run tasks from pod:
$ python /tmp/code/tasks.py
--> input task name
--> input graph name
Sometimes the copy to the pod does not override the code just run:
$ rm -rf /tmp/code
