Create regular CSV dumps

We should provide CSV dumps of our data.

This will:

• Be an alpha release, meaning that column names are subject to change (Tables will be consistent though).
• Not be compatible with ergast dumps
  • It will be a dump per table as set out in dbdocs
• Not be always up to date with live data available on the API (but will have regular releases)

This will be the priority over an SQL dump as it is more widely consumable.

A sample alpha database dump for data up to and including 2024 has been made available here: #91 (comment)

However, we will not provide any assurances on the stability of the dump's structure once we start releasing regularly.
