Hello, is there any way to upgrade the dependency of d3-transition to:

 "d3-transition": "1 - 3"

This is because d3-transition has patched an issue on their dependency of d3-color, which has a security issue (as seen here: https://security.snyk.io/vuln/SNYK-JS-D3COLOR-1076592).

I'm going to release a backwards incompatible v2 of the library which will only support the latest major versions of the various d3 dependencies. I've made a start here: #224.
