Please fix bandwith hero url format

[krakerz]

Steps to reproduce

1. enable data saver
2. choose bw hero (i use own self hosted bw hero from this https://github.com/staifa/php_bandwidth_hero_proxy)
3. open any manga

Expected behavior

image loaded without issue and compressed via bw hero

Actual behavior

image didnt loaded
from log (attached) it seems the url format is wrong
{server.url}/?jpg=0&l=10&bw=0&url=/data/xxxxxx/xxxxxx.jpg
the correct one is like this and tested
{server.url}/?jpg=0&l=10&bw=0&url={url}/xxxxxx.jpg
