Please add a feature that enables reducing the size of chapters

Describe your suggested feature

There are many works that I want to keep, but because of their large size, they consume phone storage, so I want to reduce the size of these works in order to keep them by reducing the size of the chapter images. An example is this in-picture app that supports this feature.

In Settings » Advanced » Data Saver you can choose to "Compress images before downloading or loading in reader"
